Limit Electricity To Stay Away Aging and Wrinkles and Remain Younger

If you want to look, feel younger and away from aging , you must limit the amount of electricity that is around you as you sleep. It helps to be aware of the electricity that around you during the day, but night-time exposure to electricity is even more important because we stay in one place for several hours, to all the electricity by our beds, especially that near to our pillows, is passing in and out of our bodies and our cells all night long, disrupting call activity at the time when cells are programmed to do the very important work of cell regeneration and repair which is essential to our looks (to slow down aging process) and health.

Don’t fall asleep watching TV in bed.
Watch TV from a distance of about 3 ft, preferable 4 ft.
Move as many surplus electrical appliances out of your bedroom as you can.
Place those that you feel much keep as far away from your bed as possible.
If you feel you must have a bedside clock, have a tiny one.
Downsize your bedside light – push it further away from your pillows. Aim to sleep at least 4 ft sway from electricity even of it means you have to push lamps away at night.
Sleep at least 4 ft away from storage beaters, electricity meters and clock radio.
Don’t sit or stand too close to electrical appliance.
Don’t sleep with your head near a radiator.
Don’t use an electric blanket, especially an over blanket designed to be left on all night.
Remember your hairdresser’s advice – keep the dryer move than 14 inches away from your head. This advice was given to protect the hair from burning, but it will protect your body too.
Take high doses of vitamin C, at least 1,000 mg daily, as it offers protection against radiation. So do sulphur and spirulina.
Take at least ten capsules of spirulina daily, and treble that amount if you work around electricity. Foods rich in sulphur are broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower and eggs.
Cut down your use appliances, and when you do use them, use them for less time.
Switch your cordless phone back to a normal handset phone.
Be aware of how long you are on a mobile phone. Don’t use it when you can use a regular phone, and the same with cordless phones – use a normal handset phones are very highly charged.
When you are using a mobile phone, keep changing sides as you hold it. Don’t clamp the phone to your ear or mouth – hold it a little way away and don’t stay on the phone for too long.
Use a protective screen if you use a computer and take frequent breaks – maybe go outside, away from electricity, for a few minutes every few hours. Apparently spider plants and cactus are very good at absorbing radiation from computer terminals, so place a spider plant behind and a cactus in from of your computer.
Notice how much you are around electricity and make changes that are appropriate and effective for you, your health and your looks.
