Berries are rich in catechins, phytochemicals that support immune system and help lower cholesterol. This smoothie is just as delicious if it is made with just one type of berry. If you have only one of the berries on hand, use 1 1/2 cups.

120ml almond, coconut or rice milk
100g fresh or frozen blueberries
100g fresh or frozen blackberries
100g fresh or frozen raspberries
100g raw cashews
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
6 ice cubes

Place all ingredients in a blender and process on high speed until smooth. Drink immediately.
