This two day, raw food diet is very energizing and revitalizing. If you want to look a bit younger and more vibrant and shed a pound or two quickly for any occasion, then try this raw food plan.
This Anti Aging Anti Wrinkles Cleanse Diet offers an abundance of revitalizing whole foods that help us look younger.

Day 1
Breakfast
7.00 am or upon rising: Herbal tea, green tea, or hot water and lemon with dash of cayenne
7.30 – 8.00 am : Fresh vegetable juice of choice. Sliced tomatoes and avocado sprinkled with sea salt and shopped herbs

Mid-morning
9.00 am: 240ml of water or herbal
9.30 am: 240ml of water
10.30 am: Herbal tea, green tea, or vegetable juice with vegetable sticks
11.00 am: 240ml of water
11.30 am: 240ml of water or sparkling mineral water with lemon

Lunch
Noon: Large green salad with lots of vegetables and sprouts and fresh salsa or lemon juice for dressing

Mid-afternoon
1.30 pm: 240ml water
2.30 am: 240ml of water or sparkling mineral water with lemon
3.00 am: Herbal tea, green tea, warm vegetable broth, or vegetable juice with sprouts or raw nuts or seeds
4.00 pm: 240ml water
5.00 am: 240ml of water or sparkling mineral water with lemon

Dinner
6.00 pm: 240-275ml of vegetable juice of choice or cold cucumber avocado soup (recipe available in my blog)
Sprout salad: Use a variety of sprouts mixed with greens and fresh salsa or lemon juice dressing


Day 2
Breakfast
7.00 am or upon rising: Herbal tea, green tea, or hot water and lemon with dash of cayenne
7.30 – 8.00 am : Very beery smoothie (recipe available in my blog) made without dairy

Mid-morning
9.00 am: 240ml of water or herbal
9.30 am: 240ml of water
10.30 am: Herbal tea, green tea, or vegetable juice with vegetable sticks
11.00 am: 240ml of water
11.30 am: 240ml of water or sparkling mineral water with lemon

Lunch
Noon: Gazpacho soup (recipe available in my blog)
Green salad with sprouts and fresh salsa or lemon juice for dressing

2.30 am: 240ml of water or sparkling mineral water with lemon

Dinner
